Check-in is from 4.00 pm to 9 p.m. and check-out at 9.30 am. For us it is very important to respect the schedule in order to guarantee a timely check-in. However, if necessary, we are willing to meet your needs.
A deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay is required to confirm the reservation and must be paid by bank transfer.
The cancellation of the reservation, the request to change the length of the stay and any communication must be sent by email to info@livignoarcobaleno.it
Up to 30 days before the arrival date the cancellation is free of charge. After this deadline the deposit will be entirely retained as a penalty.
Payment must be made on the arrival day in cash or by check, together with the delivery of the documents.
The apartments are available throughout the year. During the high season periods they must be rented from Saturday to Saturday; in low season, however, they may be rented for short periods, also during the weekday;
The apartments are provided with bed linen while bathroom linen is available on request and for a fee (€10 per person large, medium and small towel);
Your baby's cot, baby bath tub, baby seat and pushchair are available free of charge (subject to availability);
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy. If we find any anomalies during the inspection the day you vacate, we will require the necessary amount to fix them. Finally, we ask you to throw all the waste in the appropriate bins 250 metres from your home, paying attention to proper waste separation (see photo of bins);
If you lost the keys, we will ask you a refund of 10 euros per key.
Pets allowed only on request and surcharge. We reserve the right to request a deposit for any damage, which will be returned the day of departure after checking the apartment’s conditions;
Smoking is forbidden inside the apartments;
It is forbidden to enter the apartments with ski equipment;
Please do not disturb during the quiet time from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am;
Waste of water and heating are to be avoided;
It is advisable to air out the apartment every day. Please avoid leaving the windows open in your absence during the winter;
Do not wash the mocha in the dishwasher;
Do not leave money and valuables unattended; make sure you lock the door of the flat and ski room; the management accepts no responsibility in the event of loss or theft;
For those who wish, the garage is available (for a fee: € 40.00 per week per car);
Only booked persons may enter the flats;
If the day of departure is early in the morning, please load your luggage into the car the night before and do not make noise in respect of others' sleep;
